We are a family owned business located in the northern part of Iredell county sitting on the Iredell/Alexander/Wilkes County line. We process wild game as well as livestock under NCDA inspection. We specialize in summer sausage, breakfast sausage, jerky, and grilling brats. We offer all basic cuts as well. All our finished products are vacuum sealed in BPA free bags.
